School of Indian Art & Culture

The School of Indian Art & Culture at the International University of Vedic Wellness (IUVW) is a multidisciplinary academic unit dedicated to the study, preservation, and promotion of the rich artistic and cultural heritage of India, rooted in the Vedic tradition. Our mission is to provide a transformative educational experience that explores the depth and breadth of Indian visual and performing arts, as well as the cultural practices that have shaped Indian society for millennia.

Department of Indian Visual & Performing Arts

The Department of Vedic & Indian Visual & Performing Art offers a comprehensive study of Indian visual and performing arts, including classical music, dance, painting, and sculpture. Our programs provide students with a deep understanding of the historical development, theoretical foundations, and practical techniques of these art forms, as well as their connection to Vedic philosophy and aesthetics.

Department of Vedic and Indian Cultural Practices

The Department of Vedic and Indian Cultural Practices offers an interdisciplinary study of the diverse cultural practices that have emerged from the Vedic tradition and shaped Indian society over the centuries. Our programs provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the philosophical, religious, and social dimensions of Indian culture, as well as the rituals, festivals, and customs that embody its values and beliefs.

Programs in Indian Visual & Performing Arts

  • Certificate in Indian Classical Music (3 months – 1 year)
  • Certificate in Indian Classical Dance (3 months – 1 year)
  • Associate of Fine Arts in Indian Visual Arts (2 years)
  • Associate of Fine Arts in Indian Classical Music (2 years)
  • Associate of Fine Arts in Indian Classical Dance (2 years)
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Indian Classical Music (4 years)
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Indian Classical Dance (4 years)
